Troubleshooting Tips

• Observe the four holes of the coffee outlet for any obstruction.
• Use a paper clip or toothpick to clear the water outlet needle on the four outlets.
• Remove the coffee capsules and water filter basket.
• Fill the water reservoir with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup vinegar, then press the on button to start it.
• Let the water remain in the water tank for three hours after brewing.
• Pour out the vinegar with water and brew again with fresh water until no vinegar smell remains.
